About the Founder

After 15 years of experience at global vendors including Cisco Systems and Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, Guc has turned entrepreneur in 2013.

 

He has co-founded peoplise.com, a B2B SaaS venture and had the full experience; bootstrapped, won first and next 25 clients when there was just an MVP. Built solutions by engaging clients in the analysis processes - a case study of agile methodology. Raised two rounds of VC funding from first revo.vc then ee.500.co and grown in regions. He led the strategic acquisition and successfully exited in 2020. Since then, he is leading the Founder Instiute accelerator in the Washington DC metro area to help pre-seed stage startups.

He has worn multiple hats from streamlining operations, managing relationships and setting strategies to management of sales & marketing.

Guc has invested into pre-seed and seed stage startups and advised to help them create healthy and scalable ventures. 

 

Today, he leads the FI accelerator program, partners with incubators, higher education, social impact organizations and collaborates with the DMV startup ecosystem. He organizes monthly in-person events to bring the founders, investors and other resources together.
